I have been a bit under the weather. It seems I can not gather my thoughts to blog with this hazy brain of mine. Thankfully Helena from A Diary of Lovely posted a little guest blog feature of me on her fabulous series, In my Kitchen. I am sharing some of my passions in the kitchen and this easy + delicious summer time staple that has made its way into my own kitchen multiple times as of late.
