Today

The last couple of months I have been living in pajamas more than clothes so today I decided to get dressed. Nothing fancy, but dressed none the less. Now to tackle those taxes, but not before being inspired by these lovelies...

- Not a huge country music person and I'm sure this is old news for many, but holy moly... breathtaking.

- Built in perfection and waiting with baited breath to get my hands on her upcoming book.

- Baby girls and dreamy kitchen plans.

- Good read that I can't put down, again.

- Something about this image moves me so. It reminds me of Ellie in a few years. That's enough to make me get choked up.

- If you need to get up and dance.

- Some days art can speak to me. Today is apparently one of those days.

- like her I'm not the fun friend. I am the one that will cry and pray with you. Happy to know I am not the only one that has to remember to intentionally be fun.

gather and play

I normally try to sit down on Monday mornings and crank out a few blog posts for the week, but today my head is full of to-do's. With an album design looming over my head, taxes that need to be done, and a house that is in desperate need of a cleaning; it making my creative mind run flat. Plus I really just want to lay down and finish this book, again. HA. So as you can see this image has not much to do with a riveting post, but it a home that continually inspires me so. They made something ordinary into a place that is truly extraordinary. It looks like a place where children can play and adults can gather for a good meal. It looks comfortable yet ever so put together. The simplicity of it all is quite inspiring. Be sure to see the whole home, here if you haven't already. Now to go cross a few things off my list..

YOU ARE INVITED...

YES...

*** I am hosting a small group on Thursday's at 8:30am at my home and I would love to invite any locals. You don't have to go to our church to attend. I thought it would be nice way to get a group of women together to stir our faith, sense of purpose, and go deeper. One that does not compare, compete or gets lost in the mundane. One where we can find our passions and callings once again. I will be using Rebeka Lyons study on my favorite book, freefall to fall, as a guide. I would love to have you! More info here.
