These very well may be my most favorite pair of shoes ever. The first day I wore them I shot a wedding for 7+ hours and they did not kill my feet! I have worn them with everything from my black romper, boyfriend jeans, to shorts. I got a half size down after reading dozens of reviews on how they run big. They are perfect. This is one purchase I will not regret.

Another new to me blog had me at hello after seeing their Home Depot Patio Challenge. Wowzers.

Bought Ellie one of these. Love the buy one give one. Melts my heart. The sweet model is a good friend of ours too. Prayers are always needed.

Here and There

Camera phones really were the best invention. I love being able to catch moments and being able share them, look back over them constantly, and simply knowing that they are there is quite fun. Here is our last week in a nut shell. The Mr and I went on a staff retreat that I was honestly not too eager to go on. It was during the week and well every mama knows how much prep it takes to leave the little's behind. In the end it was the best thing ever!!!! Time of worship, time with the Mr, and time to take a deep breath was apparently exactly what I needed.

Just a Peek...

My backyard is finally complete! This has been a work in progress for YEARS and I am giddy. I have more thing arriving any day now. I am planning on getting "good" photos this week, but could not help sharing a little iPhone peek. My papa was a huge part of making my vision complete. He built the pergola last summer for me and then built the sofa recently. Buying a an outdoor sofa just wasn't in the budget so I showed him a few I liked, bought cushions and he made it all come together. Oh, and not to say the Mr did not do his far share. He laid new sod last month in our mostly bare yard and was responsible for every hole dug in our hard clay over the years. The garden is at the stage where it looks wild and established and I could not be any happier. If you need me just come to back. It has quickly become my happy spot.
