The weather has been stunning as of late which also means I am finally getting to see what this new yard has in store for us. It's even better than I could have imagined even if it does take the Mr 4 hours to do. As more things bloom I will be sure to share. For now I thought I would give a snippet of our front porch and my new little steel find. The steel planter I found at Sweet Peas a local garden shop and I could not be any more smitten. I plan on adding these house numbers. I love how it adds another touch of modern to this house that desperately wants to go back to its roots. I may transplant the two trees that flank the door. Something about them I feel take away from the entry. For now I will just enjoy the constant flow of friends and kids that pop in and out of this door. Oh how I love our new home!
