I'm Back...

Having that moment where I realize I haven't blogged in over a week after an amazing trip away and then have no idea where to begin. Do I blog about Disney even though I instagrammed up a storm? Do I just skip ahead and blog like normal? Where to start, where to start... Oh the blogger dilemmas. HA. How about a pic from Disney and then some favorite links? Best of both I say! Ellie took the pic of me and the Mr. I think she will make a mighty fine second shooter sooner than later!

- My nails look horrendous. I only wish I could get them done here. It's stunning and not local. Boo. Maybe I should open one up? If only.

- While away I tested two BB creams and I like them both. Which means I still can't decide which to purchase. Fist I tested Dr Jart the black label. While applying it looks too light, it only comes in one shade,  but after a minute of blending it looks seamless. I also tried Bobbi Brown BB in light. I love how I can't feel it at all since I'm not a big makeup wearer. I think I need a shade darker though. Do you all have any insight?

- I do know I love this mascara though! It does amazing things to my lashes. Plus I am not sure what I will do once my favorite blush runs out.

- I bought these right before our trip and I am pretty sure they won't leave my feet all summer long. They are also a perfect complement to this easy going dress.

Our ten year anniversary trip could not have been any better. I swear it has made me a better mother and wife. It did kill my drive to cook and clean though. Where in the world is my water served on a tray while I work and someone making my bed daily? I even took a clay bath AND did not have to clean up the mess it created. They actually requested I leave it. HA. We divided our trip a bit. We stayed at the Viceroy in Miami for 3 nights, Key West for 2, and The Standard for the final 2. At the Viceroy we enjoyed roof top breakfast, luxury pools, one of the most fabulous decorated hotel suites, and we took some time to explore Miami. In Key West we snorkeled, paddle boarded, ate well, and walked the historic districts. Finally at The Standard we did not leave. We ate the most amazing food ever, lived in our swimsuits and bathrobes, and made good use of the spa. It was the perfect way to truly relax at the end of fun filled trip. These are just a few of the images from our trip. One will be blown up for our new living room gallery wall. Can't wait to get that ball rolling!

Today the Mr and I are off on our 10 year anniversary trip! He has completely planned it and I am just along for the ride. Our first stop is Miami. We are staying a few days at the Viceroy and I could not be more thrilled. He really did pick all the accommodations by what I would like. I think he hopes it will entice me to say in most days. Was that too much? Ha. The hotel was designed by the ever fabulous Kelly Wearstler. Her work is so dramatic and so over the top, but she does it with such style and grace. I am just so excited to enjoy some time with the Mr and rejuvenate our marriage with out having to think of daily tasks at hand {even if I don't really mind those daily tasks}. I am ready for some time in the sun, good food, a good read, and long talks. This trip also is our first that I will be away longer than two nights. Pray for me mama's!
