ABOUT PAULA | WHO I AM TODAY

I am Paula. I am the blogger behind Two Ellie since 2008 and have recently gone through a life shift of sorts. This has given me a great desire to blog more for me and who I am today rather than try to keep Two Ellie as she once was. I guess you can say Two Ellie has grown up and is pivoting in a new direction. A mother of two. A proud wife. An occasional cook. An avid book reader. A friend. A photographer. A mess most days. Two Ellie is a now a place for me share my story as God has written it. The beauty and the mess. Two Ellie I hope becomes a space where you can have a "me-too" moment, where we can can make beauty out of ashes, and continually be inspired by the gift's God has given each of us. A place where we strive to live life to it's fullest not to pinterest worthy perfection. We each have our own perfect and that's a place where I strive to dwell. ABOUT PAULA | TWO ELLIE | FORMER PROFESSIONAL BIO

I am Paula. Not Ellie as many seem to believe. Ellie is my daughter and the name Two Ellie is a sort of ode to her. I strive to bring inspiration to others and take part in making life more beautiful through the creativity God has given me. My family is a huge source of inspiration. I believe in a life full of gratitude + simplicity. My husband and I started a photography business in 2008 that has grown more than we could have ever imagined. I also began Two Ellie in the same year. It began as a stay at home moms need for another creative outlet that was my very own. Well, since then the blog has grown and what was once a hobby has now become a full time job and has opened up many new opportunities. I have met amazing people, have dabbled in decorating work, and I have even been published quite a few times. I have had the privilege of partnering with the likes of Home Depot, Boden, Minted and Fresh Style Magazine to name a few.  I can't wait to see where this little blog takes me next!
